Newton Jasper Hall and Anna Rosinda Gipson are said to be buried in the Land Cemetery adjacent to the present Gordon County Animal Shelter on Harris Beamer Road west of Calhoun. Their graves are unmarked.

Graves of Carter V. Hall and Daisy Reese Hall. Carter was the son of Newton Jasper Hall and Annie Rosinda Gipson, and Bob Hall's brother. The grave at left is for Edith Hall, born and died 5 January 1924. The marker at the foot of the grave says "Sister." I do not know who she is.
Sherman Marion Hall and Lillie Mae Harris are buried in the Franklin Cemetery on Highway 53 north of Plainville. Sherman Marion Hall was the son of Newton Jasper Hall and Annie Rosinda Gipson.
Rachel Hall, the eldest child of Newton Jasper Hall and Anna Rosinda Gipson, is buried at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery by her daughter, Maude. She married Lee Webb.
Pearl Hall was the second wife of George W. Hall of Plainville. I believe this is her grave. She is buried in the Franklin Cemetery on Highway 53 north of Plainville. |
